All courses are free to unpaid parent carers and are designed and facilitated by two unpaid carers,  subjects covered include confidence building, wellbeing and carers rights.  We aim to provide unpaid carers with holistic support,  we help you to set personal development goals and give you one to one support. Three Refresh Carers Wellbeing Courses will take place throughout 2026. Each course will run for 6 weeks and cover:
